Our internists specialise in diagnosing severe chronic illnesses as well medical management of those illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, high cholestrol and others and interacting medical conditions.

After Hours and Holidays
After hours, during holidays and weekends, Call 602-336-4172. Our answering service will contact the doctor for you.


Prescriptions
Prescription refills can be requested during office hours. Call your pharmacy to fax us a refill request to 480-598-4346. When the doctor approves the prescription we will then send it to your pharmacy so you can pick it up. Please inform your pharmacy at least 48 hours before you are completely out of your medication so we have enough time to have it refilled for you. The doctor does not refill antibiotics without a visit. You can also request refills during a visit with the doctor.

Cancellations
When you must cancel or change your appointment, please call at the earliest possible time to let us know. We need at least 24 hours notice so we can make that slot open for any patient who wants to come in that day.
