H1N1 for the general public now

We have H1N1 Flu shots available for the general public NOW.

I received an update from the Director of Maricopa County Department of Public Health yesterday. The H1N1 FLu shots will be made available to the general public from Saturday December 19, 2009 but if we have extra doses on hand we could make it available now so we are giving it out to the general public now.

If you have not had the shot, call our office on 480-598-4145 for an appointment to get the shot. If you are not a patient of Kyrene Medical Center, you have to be seen by physician in our office to be given the shot.

Common Conditions We Diagnose, Manage & Treat

Cough, Sore throat Colds & Flu
We diagnose and treat Flu, Strep, Upper Respiratory Tract Infection. We do Flu and Strep test in our office to determine if you have any before prescribing the appropriate medication

Travel Vaccination
Are you traveling out of the country? If yes, you need to update your vaccinations, including the yellow fever vaccine if the country of arrival requires it.

Urinary Tract Infection
We diagnose and treat UTIs. We do in house urine test and send out Urine Cultures if necessary to determine bladder infections.

TB Skin Test (PDD Skin Test)
We Do TB Skin tests, a test to find out if you have ever had (TB) Tuberculosis.

Headaches and Migraine
Don't let a headache or migraine ruin your day, come in and get checked out.

Diarrhea and Vomiting
Upset Stomach, vomiting could be signs of food poisoning, gastroenteritis or something else. That can be check out out for you today

Coumadin Clinic
Our patients on Coumadin have their Coumadin checked and educated on their PT and INR levels

Well woman check
Annual checkup including Pap smear, HPV Vaccines for ages girls and women 13 to 26 years
