SELF PAY PATIENTS OR PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE
We do accept patients without insurance and our office offers a 20% discount for all new patients without insurance for promt pay.. This discount is for office visit only and and is not applied to labs, procedures, vaccinations and other procedures.
Our office is very understanding to the financial situations and needs of our cash patients and our doctors make every possible effort to maximize your care while minimizing your cost. They will also make every effort to discuss the cost of any procedures with you prior to your treatment and discuss other more economical health care options with you if any and whenever possible.
Payment will be due at the time of service.
For our established patients, if you are unable to pay your balance in full, we require a minimum of 50% of the balance to be paid at the time of service, with the remaining balance automatically withdrawn over a maximum of 60 days per balance. You will be asked to sign an ACH/Credit Card Pre-Authorization Form.
